Mirage Air, two metals
Blazing Blood (耀血) splits the 蜃楼 air (Mirage Air) special-material run across two damascus characters: striped zirconium damascus and ring-pattern copper damascus, two entirely different light behaviours on one body.
The zirconium is honest about its nature: the stripe pattern can’t be made perfectly even, so the uneven material is colour-treated and sold blind — twenty pieces across three surface effects. The copper splits between acid-washed and colour-treated finishes, thirty pieces counted.
